Hello! I am PhD student with 3+ years experience tutoring math and physics at high school and college levels. I have always valued a first principles approach to learning because, in my experience, learning becomes less of a struggle and more enjoyable over time when you have a good understanding of the fundamentals (yes, it's possible to enjoy math!). This is exactly what I hope to provide with my services!
My teaching style is casual and friendly because I believe that this provides a great atmosphere for learning, where the student feels comfortable enough to interrupt when things are confusing or unclear. I also take pride in explaining difficult concepts in as simple of terms as possible.
I am confident that I can help you get over that hurdle in math or physics, whatever it may be! Please don't hesitate to message me if any of this sounds like it would work for you.
