Hello, my name is Joshua Troy Lee. I am a business professional who specializes in Business Analysis. My professional career has exposed me to many industry types in various sized companies (small start-ups to fortune 1000). I am grateful for all the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the last 18 years but, my passion has always been helping people.
I have in-depth knowledge of Apple and Windows operating systems. I work with Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and Apple (Mail, Keynote, Numbers, and Pages) products daily. Also, I code in multiple languages such as HTML, PHP, and JavaScript.
I have trained individuals to help them understand different applications and devices. The experience of the people I’ve taught range from beginner to advanced levels. After each session, I provide a summary of the topics discussed in addition to including follow-up information on any topic I that required additional research.
