In three years, I earned both my BA and my MA in Linguistics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Since high school I have studied Spanish, Portuguese, and French extensively and I am comfortable giving lessons in any of these languages. I have been a certified Teacher of English as a Foreign Language for three years, but I have been working as a tutor of English literature and composition for eight years. I have a passion for language and I love sharing that passion with others through teaching. That said, I believe learning should be social, and my approach to teaching involves exploring new ideas in fun, engaging environments.
