I am a recently retired Regents Professor of Chemistry. During the past 15 years I have tutored hundreds of undergraduate and graduate students in General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry and MCAT preparation in these disciplines.
As part of my approach to individual tutoring I offer personalized study materials, practice problems and sample examinations based upon textbook course materials and also upon topics covered by the instructor during classroom lectures.
Individual online tutoring is conducted via Skype with screen sharing. The screen-sharing feature permits chemical formulas, structures and reaction mechanisms to be drawn on-screen in real time during live tutorial sessions. All visual materials produced during your session are saved as jpg files and will be sent to students at the conclusion of each session.
