Hello, everyone!
My name is Jimin Choi, and I am living in Palo Alto. I graduated undergrad from Stanford University in 2016 with a background in Adolescent Psychology. Throughout college, I worked as a English, Math, writing, and college prep tutor for middle school and high school students and volunteered at the nursery school on campus. After graduation, I worked as a middle school special education teacher in Sunnyvale for 3 years, supporting 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students with mild to moderate disabilities. I am currently attending Stanford University again for graduate school to further explore my passion for education and addressing educational inequity.
I aim to work with your students on their academic areas of need - along with executive functioning skills and study skills. My mission is to help your students make measurable progress towards their short-term and long-term academic goals. I'm so excited to start!
