If you’re here, it means you’re ready to take your English language skills to the next level. I just moved to Los Angeles and am so excited to start tutoring in this city I now call home. Most importantly, I'm here to help you reach your English language goals.

As an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teacher, I bring focused and manageable full immersion lessons with homework to support your growth. In our sessions, I get to know your comprehension level, and tailor my own speaking speed and vocabulary use so you feel challenged but not lost in translation.

I’ve taught English to adults and children at a range of skill levels, from Beginner to Advanced and around the world. Some areas my past students have focused on include:

Experience & Credentials
CELTA certified teacher. The Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) is an accreditation through Cambridge University. Because CELTA training is affiliated with Cambridge University and has to adhere to the university’s standards, it is viewed as the more prestigious certification. CELTA maintains that full immersion is the most efficient way to learn a new language, and I agree!

Berlitz in Tokyo, Japan. At the premiere corporation for business English, I was a private tutor to a range of skill levels. While there I taught 8 unique teenagers and adults and was the preferred tutor to 2 different intermediate clients.
EC English in New York, New York: EC English is a global and renowned center for learning the English language. While there I was voted best teacher for the Intermediate class.
Cultural Services of the French Embassy in Central France. A program for young American professionals to live and work in France, there I taught large groups of children ages 4 through 12. It was a tremendous experience and I created a pen-pal program to connect French and American students
