Hello! I recently moved to California from New York City in early August of 2016. While living in New York I worked as a middle school teaching assistant for special education students. I earned a master's degree in Counseling Education and a bachelor's in Sociology with a minor in Early Childhood Education. Previous to working in education, I worked as a socio-therapist for therapeutic foster children in New York City. Currently, I am working as a substitute teacher for several charter schools in Los Angeles. I recently received my California School Counseling Credential and am currently in the process of applying for School Counseling positions. I work part-time as a tutor for children, youth, and young adults all throughout Los Angeles.
Some of my hobbies include yoga, photography, and reading.
