Hi! My name is Sean D and I'm a Rutgers State University graduate with a BA in English. I've been teaching English and ESL for the past 7 years in public schools and privately. I specialize in grammar, conversation, writing, reading, public speaking, fiction writing, and essay writing. Teaching has always been a passion of mine because I enjoy seeing students grow into great English speakers and writers. Many students who come to me for tutoring are international students, and I love seeing people from different parts of the world learning English for the first time and becoming proficient at it. I always try to find what English level a student is at and begin teaching him/her from that level. This is important to me because every student's speaking, reading, and writing levels are different, and so every student must be seen as an individual learner.
