Education has opened many doors for me but, more importantly, it has enriched my life, given me confidence, and broadened my perspective. I want you to find those things through your educational experience, too! I'm a (fairly) recent graduate of Haverford College where I majored in Comparative Literature and deepened my love for the written word and creative expression.
After teaching ESL in the classroom for a semester, my passion for teaching was piqued and I began tutoring, which I've done for over a year now. I have tutored in a variety of Humanities subjects with my specialty being any and all levels of English / Language Arts. Outside of books, I love movies, comedy, running, and coffee. I believe that respect between myself and the student is the foundation of a great working relationship, and from there we can work together to determine your learning style and the best way to help you succeed!
