The judiciary and prison systems work together to enforce the laws of the United States. Unfortunately, a disproportionate number of black and POC find themselves encapsulated in this system. Law enforcement begins in our communities, enforced and monitored by police officers. From there, you will learn the important figures such as judge and jury in the judiciary process.
