What you'll learn

In addition to studying nutritional and behavioral sciences, Ital has a lifetime of experience in holistic living and has spent the past five years working in preventative health care through diet and concept inquiry. She has worked with numerous clients in the areas of nutrition, weight-management, type 2 diabetes, and more, including stress management, sleep hygiene, and other non-dietary aspects of life which facilitate or prevent healing. As a board-certified holistic health practitioner, Ital utilizes multiple modalities in conjunction to help bridge the gap between intellectual understanding and living embodiment; designed to facilitate lasting change of mindset and behavior.
